This past weekend, we explored ‘Blitz’ mode with Floor 3 starts, 4 teams of three and extra loot! During the week, we released two small patches which continued to iterate on healing and consumables - including an anchor ability rotation! Vision Pulse was rotated out and ‘Refill Consumables’, a new anchor type, was rotated in. 

We also switched from our Experimental Client to the Arkheron Playtest Client to prepare for inviting more new players. Check out this post for more information on how to make the switch.

FRIDAY NIGHT FIGHTS STREAM (aka OH WILD PANTS)

Our team streamed during Friday Night Fights! This week featured Michelle “ohdeveraux” (Recruiting), Jordanne “VVild” (Community) and Sarah “Pants5555” (Comms). 

The stream was full of high energy and super fun moments. Blitz’s quick matches made for a lot of great moments in combat. We kept a tally of all of Michelle's “swear words” and ‘frick’ made an appearance 7 times!

TWO PATCHES

Last week we deployed patches 0.19i, and 0.19j. Some of the highlights from these patches were: 

• Great Sword now has crushing damage on its Heavy Combo ability.

• Health Potion now heals over time for 2 seconds (up from 1.2 seconds)

• Added a ‘nearest Beacon’ indicator. 

• Updated status icons. 

• Added a map indicator for fragments. 

• Vision Pulse rotated out. 

• Refill consumables (a new anchor ability) rotated in. 

• Self Revive rotated in.
